images33 Tips in Using Your DryerDryers are wonderful inventions, as anyone who ever had a clothesline will tell you, but beware: Drying clothes on the high settings can turn your T-shirt into a doll shirt. In general, “warm” is usually the best setting. Don’t overload the dryer, and keep a close eye on your clothing to make sure it’s not crisping. Some clothes (especially those made of 100 percent cotton) shrink even on the “cool” setting. You may want to invest in a drying rack for these items. These racks are inexpensive (usually $10 to $15) and fold up flat to store.
